Is The SK jewelry nickel, lead free and hypoallergenic? Yes, it is. The S. Kollection understands some have sensitive skin/ears. We value this and our jewelry is of good long lasting quality.
How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number via email or text, whichever method chosed at checkout. Once order has been fulfilled another tracking message will appear with an update on status. You can copy and paste the tracking number on the USPS website for tracking packages.

What forms of payment are accepted? All major credit cards, Afterpay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Zip + more.
Is in person delivery available? Unfortunately, The S. Kollection does not do in person delivery. Please order via online. However, The S. Kollection participates in numerous out of state and local events, pop up shops, etc. which offers the items in person for purchase.
Do you accept returns? The S. Kollection takes time and detailed attention to ensure all orders are packaged with the correct items and items are of good quality. Due to COVID-19 we do not accept returns at this time. However, we do understand things can happen. If an item is damaged due to delivery please follow the steps in the second paragraph of our Return Policy.
How long is shipping? 1-2 business days from the time your order was placed
How do the gift cards work? After purchasing a gift card on our website you will receive instructions by email or text which will contain a code to be used at checkout. Gift Cards are not re-loadable. Does not include any activation fees, or fees that reduce the value of the card over time. Please contact customer service if a gift card amount you desire is not listed when purchased. The option to check your gift card balance is not available at this time.
